1、 Product Usage and Characteristics
Purpose: This product can dynamically collect test data from various resistance strain sensors, such as resistance strain gauges, strain gauge force, displacement, inclination angle, pressure, temperature, humidity, flow rate, gas concentration, and other physical quantities.
Features: 1. 32 channel intelligent dynamic strain gauge, using USB2.0 communication. Multiple 32 channel dynamic strain gauges can be cascaded using a USB HUB, and can be assembled into 64, 96, 128... multi-channel dynamic strain gauges according to actual needs. Our company produces two 32 channel dynamic strain gauges cascaded with USB HUB to form a 64 channel dynamic strain gauge for on-site data acquisition. When the 64 channels are collected simultaneously, the acquisition rate of each channel can reach 1KHZ. It has been applied in multiple cases and the acquisition performance is stable.
2. This acquisition system is equipped with intelligent software on the upper computer (as shown in the picture), which communicates in real-time with the acquisition instrument, displays the test curves of each channel, saves the acquired data and images, and has a complete hardware and software operating environment. From strain gauge testing to experimental reports, they are completed one by one.
3. This instrument is powered by AC and adopts reliable anti-interference measures. It has strong anti-interference ability and can be applied to various complex testing environments. It is also suitable for measuring stress and strain in various laboratories. The measurement results are stable and accurate.
4. This instrument has stable performance and features low noise and wide frequency band.

2 Connection methods
It can be connected with a 485 port long line driver to form 10 channels, 20 channels, 32 channels, etc. The connection method is shown in the following figure.
However, due to the slower transmission speed of the 485 port compared to the USB port, this method has a lower dynamic acquisition frequency. Depending on the number of serial channels, the acquisition frequency ranges from tens of hertz to hundreds of hertz.
